Second Regulation of the Law on the Reunification of Austria Source: Reichsgesetzblatt, I, 1938, p. 262. Based on Article III of the Law on the Reunification of Austria with the German Reich of March 13, 1938 ( Reichsgesetzblatt I p. 237), the following is ordered: § 1 The Reichsfuehrer SS and Head of the German Police in the Reich Ministry of the Interior may take measures necessary for Security and Order even beyond the legal limits otherwise set for this purpose. § 2 The Reichsfuehrer SS and Head of the German Police in the Reich Ministry of the Interior can transfer his authority to other offices. § 3 This Regulation takes effect on the date of promulgation.
